RESET RUNNING COMMUNITY
You don't need to be fast.
You don't need to join every session.
Just show up when you can.
WHAT IS RESET RUNNING?
A community built around movement.
RESET Running is a community movement project built around running, strength, recovery and exploration.
We run to stay consistent. We train to move better. We recover so we can keep going.
Based in Hong Kong, our sessions run across the city — from harbour fronts to mountain trails.

HOW WE TRAIN
Training Philosophy
Easy Days Easy
Most of your running should feel effortless. Zone 2 is the foundation.
Hard Days Hard
When the session calls for intensity, commit fully.
80% Easy
Polarized training. Most days at low intensity. It works.
Recovery is Training
Sleep, rest, and recovery days are part of the plan — not optional.
Strength Supports Running
Glutes, hips, core. Functional strength prevents injury.
